HOW TO USE
(instructions also included with the steamers) 
 
Step 1. 
Turn on your shower. Once the water becomes hot, place your steamer under the flow of water to activate it.
 
Step 2. 
Once activated (fizzing), move the steamer away from the direct water flow but ensure it remains in contact with water so it continues to fizz. 
 
Step 3. 
Breathe in and enjoy the calming effects of the essential oil as it evaporates into the steam.
